OVERVIEW

Each weekend, each team will be given scenarios similar to what they encounter in their specific businesses.
Each team will be give some rules and requirements that must be met. The teams will be evaluated on what they accomplished and how well they accomplished their given scenario. Below is a two-day process.

Business Reality Game phases:

~~ Educational sessions on a variety of business topics to be used in the day's activity

~~ Team planning session to solve the assigned scenario

~~ Execution and experience of the team's assignment

~~ Invidual and team reflection on the assignment; feedback to each other and from the coach

~~ Team presentation preparation

~~ Team presentations and judges evaluation and scoring

~~ In between session assignments; preparation for next weekend session

On the final evening there will be an awards celebration!

This is a fun course to get your team out of your comfort zone and into your dynamic zone.
